1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings made through Lara SoCal Best Travel Agency are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been received and a confirmation invoice has been issued.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information (names, dates, passport details, etc.).

  • Any errors in provided information may result in additional costs, for which the client is responsible.

  • Special requests (e.g., dietary needs, room preferences) will be passed to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed.

2. Payments

  • A deposit or full payment (depending on the service) is required at the time of booking.

  • Final payment deadlines will be communicated during the booking process.

  • Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, cruise line, or tour operator involved. Lara SoCal Best Travel Agency will always communicate the specific terms before confirming your booking.

General Policy:

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the supplier’s policy.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the supplier’s terms, minus any service fees.

Please note that travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected cancellations or emergencies.

4. Changes and Modifications

If you need to make changes to your booking (such as travel dates, names, or destinations), please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.

  • Additional fees or fare differences may apply.

  • Some bookings may be non-changeable depending on the fare or package rules.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all travel documents are valid and up to date, including:

  • Passports

  • Visas

  • Vaccination records

  • Any other entry requirements

Lara SoCal Best Travel Agency is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusals, or additional expenses due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or trip interruptions.

Travel insurance policies can be arranged through Lara SoCal Best Travel Agency upon request.

7. Responsibility and Liability

Lara SoCal Best Travel Agency acts only as an intermediary between you and independent travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.).

We are not liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers

  • Delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, weather conditions, or natural disasters

  • Loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during travel

While we carefully select reliable partners, all travel services are ultimately governed by the terms and conditions of the supplier providing them.

8. Pricing and Availability

All prices are based on current rates at the time of quoting and are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, taxes, or supplier price adjustments.

Should there be a pricing error or change, we will notify you promptly and give you the option to accept the new price or cancel the booking with a full refund.

9. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Any special promotions, discounts, or limited-time offers are subject to specific terms and availability.
Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
